Tahto is all of us! #soutahto **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the schedule for data extractions/sending of communications requested by the department; * Analyze and develop customer base profiling studies to better understand customers, their profiles, and purchasing behavior—identifying new audience segmentation opportunities; * Identify and recommend optimal target audiences for campaigns aiming at improved results through differentiated approaches, indicating the best customer profiles; * Develop mailing lists for relationship-building, sales, retention, digital, and other initiatives; * Measure and analyze returns from company-executed campaigns/offers; * Extract customer base data using available tools; * Validate customer base information to ensure data and details are accurate; * Apply statistical models to audience segmentation; * Detect inconsistencies in the database, address them, and inform responsible departments; * Execute and monitor digital contact campaigns, with KPIs; * Prepare presentations of analyses, studies, and reports; * Support controllers and verify campaigns prior to execution; * Perform other related duties. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Experience developing active customer base profiling studies (preferred); * Experience with performance indicators (preferred); * Experience querying SQL databases (preferred); * Familiarity with dashboard platforms (Power BI, QlikView, Google Data Studio, Salesforce), or similar (preferred); * Intermediate Office suite proficiency; * Call Center experience (Outbound and Digital) (preferred); * Knowledge of mailing list hygiene or contact pipeline management (preferred). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Decision-making; * Customer focus; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Organization and planning; * Results orientation; **Additional Information** Benefits: Childcare allowance per child up to age 5; Special needs child allowance — no age limit; Health and dental plan; Life insurance; Transportation voucher; Meal and/or food allowance; PPR — Profit Sharing Program; Wellhub (Well-being Platform); Partnerships with various companies (educational institutions, language schools, etc.).
