The Interway Group is a company operating in the technology and digital solutions sector, providing consulting services, software development, and system integration. **Responsibilities:** Perform general administrative tasks at the company’s office. Enter data for accounts payable and accounts receivable. Issue service and sales invoices. Verify daily cash closing. Support employee time tracking. Conduct quotations and purchase consumables and raw materials. Organize and archive physical and digital documents. Enter information into internal systems and control spreadsheets. Support agenda management and operational routines. Assist in onboarding processes by collecting documents and liaising with accounting. Previous experience as a Financial Assistant, Accounting Assistant, Treasury Assistant, or Collections Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
