We provide tools and services to optimize corporate decision-making. **Responsibilities:** Perform administrative and operational contract control and monitoring. Monitor contractual deadlines, validity periods, price adjustments, amendments, and ancillary obligations. Prepare and analyze management reports and administrative indicators. Support contractual measurement processes by verifying documentation and information consistency. Control legal documents, certificates, licenses, and regulatory obligations. Interface with internal departments (HR/Personnel Department, Finance, Operations, Engineering) to align information. Support billing processes and monitor invoices. Control administrative costs and support budgetary analyses. Ensure organization and updating of physical and digital files. Propose improvements to administrative workflows and internal controls. Previous experience as Administrative Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Manager, or Administration Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
