Basic stock movements and inventory **Position: Administrative\-Financial Assistant (Fiscal Interface and Stock)** **Location:** Portão/RS **Employment Type:** CLT \| 100% On-site **About the position** We seek a professional to support the office’s administrative and financial routines, focusing on **input invoice entry** and **basic stock movements** in the **SIGER (RECH)** system. If you are organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, this opportunity may be for you! **Main Responsibilities** Enter **input invoices (NF)** into the **SIGER (RECH)** system, verifying data and understanding the **taxes highlighted** on the invoice. Support **administrative and financial routines**, document organization, and controls. Perform simple **stock movements** in the system (receipts, issues, basic adjustments) and assist with stock verifications/inventories. Serve as the interface with **suppliers and accounting** in case of invoice, registration, or item discrepancies. **Requirements** Technical or higher education degree (completed or in progress) in **Administration, Accounting Sciences, Financial Management**, or related fields. Familiarity with **administrative\-financial routines** and **invoice entry**. Understanding of **stock management** (receipts/issues/movements). **Proactive**, organized profile with strong interpersonal skills. **Preferred Qualification:** Experience with **SIGER (RECH)** or similar ERP systems. **Working Hours** **Monday to Thursday:** 7:00 AM–11:30 AM \| 1:00 PM–5:30 PM **Friday:** 7:00 AM–11:30 AM \| 12:30 PM–4:00 PM Minimum Education Level: Higher Education * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Health Insurance
