Perform operational tasks aimed at ensuring agile and efficient service, effective business execution, and achievement of established goals. **Responsibilities and Duties** Member Service: Provide service to members to meet their needs and contribute to business effectiveness, as well as fulfill demands from the Business Area. Promotion of New Business: Identify and promote new business opportunities among members, referring them to Business Managers for further service and supporting operational formalities. Document Verification: Responsible for verifying documents to ensure compliance with legal formalities of operations, thereby preparing routines for more agile and efficient service to member requests, as well as maintaining up-to-date registration data. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in: Administration, Accounting, or Economics. * Prior experience in customer service and familiarity with financial products—preferably within financial institutions—is desirable; * Strong communication skills. * Holding ANBIMA CPA-10, CPA-20, or CEA certification will be considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **Our benefits package includes:** Profit-Sharing Program (PPR) – (Up to 3 salaries, per internal policy).
