Develop, enhance, and maintain backend solutions in C#/.NET, with emphasis on automations and intelligent integrations. 2. Build, maintain, and orchestrate automation workflows (e.g., n8n or similar tools) integrated with corporate systems and AI agents. 3. Integrate .NET applications with AI services and LLMs, including consumption and orchestration via APIs. 4. Develop and consume REST APIs, ensuring security, performance, and standardization. 5. Create, test, and refine prompts and conversational flows, adjusting agent behavior, context, and responses. 6. Curate and continuously improve AI agents by analyzing interactions, failures, and optimization opportunities. 7. Plan and execute software testing, including functional, integration, and specialized tests for probabilistic software and AI prompts. 8. Define quality criteria, metrics, and validation strategies for language model outputs. 9. Participate in defining business rules, automated workflows, and conversational strategies with clients. 10. Document technical solutions, workflows, tests, integrations, and architectural decisions. **Requirements and Qualifications** What boosts your chances: 1. Practical experience with n8n or similar automation tools. 2. Experience with Nocobase and other low-code/no-code tools. 3. Experience with LangChain or LLM orchestration frameworks. 4. Hands-on experience creating or integrating AI agents, chatbots, or conversational flows. 5. Knowledge of RAG, knowledge bases, or content curation for AI. 6. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), especially for APIs and backend services. 7. Familiarity with messaging, event-driven systems, or webhooks. * Your cultural fit. **Must-haves:** 1. Solid experience as a .NET Developer or Systems Analyst (C#). 2. Practical proficiency in .NET Core / .NET, including Web API development. 3. Experience integrating REST APIs, authentication (OAuth, tokens, API Keys), and consuming external services. 4. Experience with the OpenAI API, including making calls, tuning parameters, and integrating with backend applications. 5. Hands-on experience or strong interest in process automation, preferably using tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar. 6. Knowledge of software testing, with emphasis on integration testing, automated testing, and validation of AI-based systems. 7. Understanding of prompt testing and probabilistic software, including evaluation of consistency, response quality, and error scenarios. 8. Knowledge of relational databases (SQL Server or equivalent). 9. Experience with version control (Git) and best practices in versioning. 10.
