




Job Summary: This role involves supporting partner relationships, managing benefits, creating reports, and contributing to communication strategies within a dynamic media group. Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Add and maintain benefits on the platform. * Support relationships with Club partners and members. * Monitor partner voucher usage. * Create reports featuring partner promotions for the period (check\-ins). * Contact the Call Center to clarify questions about the Club. * Review and clip Club advertisements from the printed schedule (ZH and Pioneiro newspapers). * Send tickets to subscribers participating in GZH acquisition campaigns themed around the Club. * Update Club spaces in GZH and Zero Hora (GZH banners and the "Enjoy with the Club" column). **Requirements and Qualifications** Intermediate/advanced Office suite skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong writing and written communication skills. * Basic knowledge of design or graphic tools (a plus). * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal relationship skills. * Minimum age of 16 years. * Availability to work afternoon shifts. * Interest in Social Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. * High school education in progress or completed. **Additional Information** Scholarship amounting to R$884.40, transportation allowance, paid vacation upon completion of the first year of the program, and a professional certification upon program completion.
