




Job Summary: This role supports the communication and relationship management for a club, involving administrative tasks, report creation, and partner engagement. Key Highlights: 1. Support relationship management with Club partners and members. 2. Create reports featuring partner promotions for the period. 3. Update Club spaces in GZH and Zero Hora. Join our team. **Responsibilities and Duties** Add and maintain benefits on the platform. * Support relationship management with Club partners and members. * Monitor partner voucher usage. * Create reports featuring partner promotions for the period (check-ins). * Contact the Call Center to clarify questions regarding the Club. * Review and clip Club advertisements from the printed schedule (ZH and Pioneiro newspapers). * Send tickets to subscribers in GZH acquisition campaigns themed around the Club. * Update Club spaces in GZH and Zero Hora (GZH banners and the "Have Fun with the Club" column). **Requirements and Qualifications** Intermediate/advanced Office suite proficiency, especially Excel and PowerPoint. * Strong writing and written communication skills. * Basic knowledge of design or graphic tools (a plus). * Organizational skills and attention to detail. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Minimum age of 16. * Availability to work afternoon shifts. * Interest in Social Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Administration, or related fields. * Currently enrolled in or completed high school. **Additional Information** Stipend of R$884.40, transportation allowance, paid vacation upon completion of the first year of the program, and a professional certification upon program completion.
