Organize documents, manage schedules, and assist with management We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and support the daily operations of our diesel mechanics shop. This professional will be responsible for supporting administrative routines, ensuring internal processes are carried out efficiently and in an organized manner. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide in-person and telephone customer service, delivering information and guidance regarding our services; * Organize and archive documents and reports; * Manage schedules and support service appointment management; * Issue invoices; * Procure and manage inventory of administrative and workshop supplies; * Update customer and supplier records in the system; * Organize the mechanics shop’s spare parts inventory — categorization, system entry, and physical counts. * Assist with general office tasks and provide administrative support to the mechanics team. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business days and holidays.
