Job Mission Manage and organize inventory to ensure proper storage, handling, and distribution of materials. Ensure product integrity, compliance with internal standards, and internal logistics efficiency, preventing waste and stockouts. As an inherent complementary activity of this role, perform timely material deliveries within the Brasília – DF region, as required by operational needs. ?️‍ ️ Key Responsibilities ? Inventory Control * Conduct periodic inventories; * Monitor losses and discrepancies; * Identify restocking needs and signal procurement requirements. ? Organization and Maintenance * Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse; * Monitor temperature and appropriate storage conditions; * Accurately identify and locate products. ? Verification and Material Handling * Verify incoming and outgoing goods; * Accurately record all movements; * Ensure traceability and integrity of materials. ? Picking and Dispatch * Accurately and efficiently pick orders; * Label, pack, and prepare materials for shipment; * Manage dispatches via postal service, freight carriers, or direct deliveries in Brasília. ? Documentation Control * Maintain organized digital files (delivery receipts/NF stubs); * Complete SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures); * Ensure compliance with internal processes. * Expired Materials Management * Identify expired or near-expiry products; * Segregate and report for appropriate disposition; * Maintain inventory integrity and quality. ✅ Desired Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in inventory/logistics; * Basic knowledge of inventory control; * Valid driver’s license (**Mandatory**); * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility. ?
