




Job Summary: A professional responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and ensuring full vehicle functionality, providing technical support and on-site service. Key Highlights: 1. Repair of complex components such as engines and transmissions **Responsibilities:** * Identify the need for repair/defects in vehicles by reviewing work orders and aligning with consultants and workshop supervisors to determine whether the service falls under warranty coverage, daily; * Conduct interviews with vehicle drivers, verifying reported issues listed on work orders to support vehicle diagnosis, daily; * Perform advanced mechanical and electronic diagnosis on buses and trucks using the TecTool computer system to identify defects/failures in vehicles, daily; * Submit service requests to the manufacturer via the Argus platform, reporting customer-reported issues along with tests and diagnoses already conducted, to obtain guidance for further diagnosis, daily; * Repair complex mechanical and electrical components/systems, including disassembling, inspecting, and reconditioning components (e.g., engine, transmission, gearbox, drive axle) to ensure full vehicle functionality; * Prepare cost estimates by listing required replacement parts on the manufacturer’s platform and submitting them to the immediate supervisor for approval prior to presenting to the customer; * Provide on-site service (VOAR), traveling to the vehicle’s location to perform diagnosis and repairs; * Provide technical support to customers and/or teams, offering guidance and resolving queries to meet needs and enhance their capability in performing related tasks, whenever necessary; * Conduct road tests together with the driver using the TecTool computer system to diagnose faults/noises, whenever necessary; * Document technical reports detailing identified faults and required repairs for submission and validation under warranty/maintenance plan processes, whenever necessary; * Ensure the workplace is well-maintained, organized, and clean; * Sort and organize necessary parts and tools for service execution, placing disassembled parts on labeled carts to facilitate vehicle reassembly; * Complete area-specific control protocols or forms; * Attend meetings and seminars as requested; * Perform other duties assigned by management that are related to this position. **Requirements:** * High school diploma * Driver’s license category B * Experience in diesel mechanics * Computer literacy.
