Job Summary: Monitor vehicles and cargo, track routes, respond to incidents, and maintain contact with carriers and customers. Key Highlights: 1. Vehicle and cargo monitoring via tracking systems 2. Proactivity and organization in team-based work * Monitor vehicles and cargo using tracking systems; * Track routes, stops, and unplanned deviations; * Respond to incidents such as risk alerts, accidents, and delays; * Contact drivers, carriers, and customers as needed; * Record information, events, and incidents in the system **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and good communication skills; * Availability to work on rotating shifts. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory):** * Experience in vehicle or cargo tracking monitoring; * Knowledge of tracking and logistics systems; * Experience in transportation or security companies. **Desired Profile:** * Proactivity and organizational skills; * Ability to handle high-pressure situations; * Strong teamwork skills; * Basic computer knowledge; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and good communication skills; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.682,23 - R$1.812,66 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
