Efficient customer service The Distribution Assistant is responsible for supporting the driver in delivery activities, ensuring correct cargo handling, compliance with safety and quality standards, and preservation of company resources, always focusing on efficient customer service. Loading and Unloading Operations: Inspect cargo in advance according to the corresponding loading list. Unload customer products onto carrier vehicles. Assist the driver in maneuvers and other operational activities related to delivery. Deliveries and Customer Service: Perform product deliveries according to the customer's required standards. Verify compliance of returnable containers. Submit daily physical volume (carton count) reports to the customer. Equipment and Resources: Ensure proper use of auxiliary equipment. Maintain and protect company assets (vehicles, equipment, resources, and facilities). Standards and Procedures: Strictly comply with all company and customer procedures, standards, and specifications. Perform related tasks as directed by supervisors. Safety: Properly wear uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE) as instructed by the company. Demonstrate personal and professional behavior appropriate to the role. Act preventively by identifying and reporting safety hazards. Follow safety regulations for transportation, loading, and unloading of products. Contribute to maintaining a safe working environment for oneself and colleagues.
