Job Summary: A professional responsible for the entire delivery logistics process—from order picking and verification of products to driving and final handover to the customer—ensuring cargo integrity. Attention to product quality and preservation * Pick orders from inventory (picking), verifying flavors, quantities, and specifications. * Verify cargo against the invoice or delivery manifest to prevent discrepancies. * Strategically organize and load the vehicle to ensure transport safety and ease of unloading. * Ensure cargo is properly packaged to preserve packaging integrity and product quality. * Drive the vehicle on urban and regional routes (Matão and neighboring cities), complying with traffic regulations. * Monitor and maintain appropriate temperature throughout the entire journey. * Safeguard product integrity until final delivery. * Perform deliveries with a professional and courteous demeanor. * Verify products with the customer at the time of delivery. * Organize items in the customer’s freezer or cold room when required. * Represent the company ethically and responsibly. * Collect cash payments when applicable. * Operate card machines when necessary. * Collect customer signature on the invoice or order form. * Submit end-of-shift accountability report (cash and documents). * Keep the cab and cargo compartment clean and organized. * Conduct periodic vehicle sanitation to prevent contamination. * Maintain vehicle condition and promptly report any maintenance needs.
