Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills We are looking for a Human Resources Administration Analyst to join the HR team at Grupo Cical. You will be responsible for ensuring excellence in payroll processing and compliance with legal obligations, working directly at our Chevrolet unit (Universitário District). **Responsibilities and Duties:** Full execution of termination and vacation processes; Management of electronic timekeeping and payroll closing; Calculation of social charges and submission of statutory obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb, and FGTS Digital); Monitoring of social security leaves and other types of leave; Maintenance of employee records and direct interface with the accounting department; Supporting audits and focusing on continuous process improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Proven experience in HR administration routines; Proficiency in current accessory obligations; **Preferred Qualification:** Familiarity with RM Labore (TOTVS) system; Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills.
