Support the integration of new employees Conduct efficient, human-centered, and culture-aligned recruitment processes—from profile mapping through onboarding—to attract talent that contributes to the company’s sustainable development. **Responsibilities and Duties** Map candidate profiles in collaboration with managers, understanding the technical and behavioral requirements of positions. Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes (job posting, screening, interviews, group activities, and assessment reports). Manage the entire candidate pipeline, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Conduct competency-based interviews and facilitate group dynamics when required. Maintain close relationships with internal managers to ensure alignment and process efficiency. Support and/or lead the onboarding process for new employees. Prepare process-monitoring reports and present results to HR and managers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection. * Proficiency in interview techniques and behavioral assessment methods. * Familiarity with Recruitment & Selection tools and platforms (e.g., GUPY, LinkedIn Recruiter). * Ability to draft technical assessments and profile analyses. * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; **You Can Do It!
