Team leadership and legal compliance Responsibilities * Manage the entire HR cycle: recruitment, onboarding, integration, benefits administration, payroll, time tracking, vacation management, and terminations * Coordinate high-volume hiring and offboarding of operational workforce (construction sites) * Ensure compliance with labor legislation, eSocial, FGTS, Occupational Health and Safety (SST), and audits * Design and standardize internal HR processes and policies * Lead document control (ASO, medical exams, mandatory training, employee records, contracts) * Collaborate with site leaders on workforce planning * Manage benefits (VA/VR, transportation allowance, insurance, etc.) * Implement process improvements and digitalization (HR systems, digital signatures, online onboarding) * Lead and develop the HR/Payroll team Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Psychology, or related fields * Proven experience in generalist HR or HR management * Experience in the construction industry, manufacturing, or operations with large workforces (a significant advantage) * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and Payroll Department routines * Experience with eSocial, payroll processing, and benefits administration * Organized, practical, hands-on, and results-oriented profile * Strong communication skills and ability to negotiate with operational teams Differentiators * Experience with TOTVS, HR systems, or ERPs * Implementation of digital/automated processes * Experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) in the construction industry Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: R$8.500,00 - R$10.000,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
