Key Responsibilities: Document Management: Organizing, filing, and digitizing documents and contracts. Customer Service: Greeting clients and partners, as well as managing phone calls and emails. Financial Support: Assisting with accounts payable and receivable control, and issuing invoices. Office Logistics: Managing office supply inventory and coordinating with suppliers. Scheduling: Managing meeting calendars and organizing corporate travel. Requirements: Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Administration is a plus). Prior experience in administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word). Strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese.
