Assistance in onboarding, offboarding, and timekeeping processes Position: Human Resources (HR) Assistant Job Description: We are looking for an HR Assistant to join our team and provide support to HR and Payroll analysts. The professional will be responsible for administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the organization and smooth execution of internal processes. Main Responsibilities: Assist HR analysts with departmental administrative routines; Fill out and update spreadsheets and internal records; Organize documents and files; Support onboarding, offboarding, and timekeeping processes; Assist the Payroll Analyst with routines using the Fortes System; Provide support in addressing basic employee inquiries. Requirements: Completed high school education (enrollment in a higher education program in HR, Administration, or related fields is desirable); Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Proficiency in or experience with the Fortes System is essential; Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and good communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in HR or Payroll; Knowledge of labor-related procedures.
