Supply and inventory management of office and hygiene supplies **Responsibilities:** * Close, verify, and dispatch parcels; sort and distribute mail; * Register invoices from suppliers and freight carriers; * Organize invoice files; * Supply the branch with office, hygiene, and cleaning supplies; * Manage and close the branch’s attendance records, adhering to deadlines set by HR; * Manage receipt and dispatch of HR documents for branch employees (e.g., medical certificates, onboarding documents, etc.). **Basic Requirements:** * Completed high school education; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the field; * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree.
