Our ecosystem brings together brands operating across various fitness and wellness segments: gyms such as Smart Fit, Bio Ritmo, and Nation CT; studios such as Race Bootcamp, Vidya Studio, Jab House, Tonus Gym, Aera Pilates, Velocity, and Kore; and digital products, TotalPass and Queima Diária. **Senior Quality Analyst (IT)** * Ensure software quality: plan, create, and execute functional, integrated, and regression tests * Test automation: develop and maintain automation scripts to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors * Review tests from other QAs: validate scenarios created by peers, ensuring consistency, coverage, and best practices * Defect management: identify, log, and track bugs to resolution * Requirement validation: review user stories/tickets to ensure clarity, consistency, and testability * Release support: validate versions in staging and production environments, ensuring stability * QA team collaboration: work integrally with other quality analysts, promoting knowledge sharing and standardization * Monitoring and continuous improvement: propose metrics, reports, and quality enhancement initiatives **Requirements** **Essential items you must have in your toolkit:** * Solid experience in test automation (with focus on Cypress based on Node.js). * Knowledge of integration and regression testing. Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript applied to automation. * Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines. * Knowledge of REST APIs and service testing. * Ability to review tests and support fellow QAs. * Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams. **Desirable:** * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). **Differentiator:** * Certifications in software quality (e.g., ISTQB). **About the Organization** The Smart Fit Group owns full-service gym brands Smart Fit & Bio Ritmo, studio gym brands Race Bootcamp, Vidya Body & Mind, Tonus Muscle Lab, Jab House, and Nós, as well as digital products Total Pass and Queima Diária.
