Caio completed internships at École Gastronomique Bellouet Conseil (Paris) and worked alongside renowned chefs, including at the prestigious French patisserie Ladurée. As owner of the CFC Pâtissier brand, he has received multiple awards from Prazeres da Mesa magazine and Paladar supplement (Estadão). He is also a well-known pastry instructor in São Paulo, having taught at Le Cordon Bleu and Chocolate Academy (the Belgian Callebaut brand’s school), where he has served as ambassador in Brazil since 2018.
