Condominium consists of a single tower with 6 floors; newly inaugurated building. Mandatory requirements: Previous experience in this role; possession of NR-35 and NR-33 certifications; knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, civil, swimming pool cleaning, and gardening services. Employment type: Permanent CLT contract. Salary: BRL 1,956.00 per month + 20% functional allowance + food assistance of BRL 456.26 + meal voucher of BRL 14.79 per day + transportation allowance.
