A company specializing in the meal-prep (marmitaria) sector is seeking candidates to work as an Industrial Cleaning Assistant. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Washing dishes and cookware (industrial kitchen). * Sanitizing company areas such as offices, restrooms, break rooms, pantries, and receiving areas. * Sanitizing equipment and workbenches. * Working according to the area sanitation schedule. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital and/or industrial kitchens. * Technical knowledge of various cleaning products, their applications, and usage restrictions. * Ability to identify the need for preventive maintenance on basic cleaning equipment. * Familiarity with the use and importance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
