




Job Summary: A cleaning and maintenance professional responsible for maintaining various areas, including common areas, offices, cafeteria, and industrial park, with a focus on organization and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Toilet, locker room, and common area cleaning and maintenance 2. Office, administrative room, and furniture sanitation 3. Assistance in organizing and maintaining environments **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Clean and maintain toilets, locker rooms, and common areas; * Sanitize offices, administrative rooms, and furniture; * Clean and organize the cafeteria and kitchenette; * Clean the industrial park (sweeping, light waste removal, and general organization); * Restock hygiene supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.); * Collect and properly dispose of garbage; * Assist in organizing and maintaining environments; * Follow safety guidelines and correctly use PPE. * Prior experience in this role is an advantage; **WORK SCHEDULE:** Part-time **REQUIREMENTS:** * Agility, organization, and responsibility; * Commitment to working hours; * Willingness to perform activities requiring moderate physical effort Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Salary: R$900.00 – R$950.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
