In every location where we operate, our more than 270,000 employees follow the same guidelines regarding sustainability—economic, social, and environmental—as well as innovation, food quality and safety, adopting best practices, all guided by the same Mission and Values. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate compressors in refrigeration, air conditioning, and cutting-room systems to maintain temperatures within established standards and ensure quality and safety. * Check pressure gauges to verify whether compressor temperatures and weights comply with standards. * Monitor chamber and tunnel temperatures hourly to maintain product temperature upon exit. * Perform general cleaning of walkways, removing ice, and clean cooling towers by replacing and chemically treating water. * Prepare daily work reports, recording all data related to equipment and temperature for information control purposes. * Carry out maintenance tasks on equipment (fans, motors), painting, and sector cleaning. * Start up equipment by activating motors, pumps, condensers, and compressors. * Drain oil from separators by opening valves to ensure proper equipment operation. * Assist with cleaning and organization of the workplace in accordance with quality practices and principles. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: High school diploma (Secondary education) * Chemical Technician, Mechanical Technician, or Industrial Mechanical Technician * Knowledge of industrial refrigeration * NR 13 – Process Units + Refrigeration Systems **Additional Information** Meal allowance: BRL 350.00 Food voucher: BRL 32.00 per day Health insurance
