Submit your resume and join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and lead the corporate maintenance strategy (preventive, predictive, and corrective); * Structure and implement master maintenance plans for operational assets, plants, and equipment; * Define asset criticality and maintenance policies; * Prepare and monitor weekly, monthly, and annual plans, scheduling shutdowns and operational windows; * Integrate maintenance planning with Production and Operations departments; * Manage the annual maintenance budget (OPEX and CAPEX), monitoring costs, contracts, and spare parts consumption; * Implement and track performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, cost per km/hour); * Deploy and administer ERP maintenance systems, ensuring accurate technical registration and reliable historical records; * Develop managerial dashboards and executive reports; * Lead and develop technical teams (engineers, analysts, technicians, and supervisors); * Manage third-party contracts and negotiate with strategic suppliers; * Ensure technical, legal, environmental, and occupational safety compliance; * Propose strategies for asset renewal, replacement, and investment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Production Engineering**. * Proven experience in Maintenance Planning and Control (PCM), preferably in industrial, infrastructure, or concession environments. * Prior experience managing technical teams. * Experience in budget preparation and management (OPEX and CAPEX). * Knowledge of asset criticality assessment and maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and corrective). * Proficiency in maintenance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, availability, cost per hour/km). * Experience with ERP or CMMS maintenance systems. * MS Office suite (especially Excel). * Power BI or data visualization tools knowledge is desirable. * Experience in contract management and supplier negotiation. * Familiarity with occupational safety standards and environmental requirements applicable to maintenance. **Additional Information** * Meal Allowance – BRL 988.00/month (Ifood Benefits) * Totalpass; * Unimed Seguros Health Plan (no co-payment); * Life Insurance; * StarBem; * Christmas Bonus. **Via Brasil BR-163 is the concessionaire responsible for the 1,009-kilometer stretch of BR-163 highway between Sinop (MT) and the port of Miritituba (PA).** It is the first federal concession in Brazil’s North Region, with a 10-year term.
