Support to management and regional management teams in various activities **Junior Healthcare Services Analyst** – Accreditation (5 Temporary Positions) **Recruitment Type:** External **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Work Location:** Asa Sul – Brasília/DF **Responsibilities:** Accredit healthcare service providers; negotiate with the accredited network; analyze accreditation proposals; evaluate and monitor the performance of the accredited network; conduct healthcare data management and analysis as well as network studies; prepare managerial and risk reports; develop and analyze indicators; analyze data; apply regulatory resolutions issued by the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS) and other regulatory bodies; support area management and regional management teams in various activities. Requirements \- **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Hospital Management, Social Work, Nursing, or related management/healthcare programs. **Requirements:** Knowledge of accreditation processes, negotiation with the accredited network, and new healthcare reimbursement models; contract adjustments; understanding of healthcare reimbursement models; relationship management with healthcare service providers; mapping of healthcare networks; accreditation and de-accreditation of services; knowledge of regulations issued by the National Supplementary Health Agency (ANS). Proficiency in dashboard and indicator development and analysis tools. Familiarity with TUSS, CBHPM, SIMPRO, BRASINDICE, and AMB classification tables.
