Perform and validate the fiscal classification of goods, ensuring compliance with ICMS, ICMS-ST, and state decree legislation. Analyze and apply state decrees, including rules regarding net tax burden. Review fiscal documents, identify inconsistencies, and perform corrections as necessary. Validate tax assessments performed in the fiscal system. Provide technical support to the department, contributing to the reduction of tax risks.
