We are seeking a **Tax Analyst** to strengthen our team and ensure excellence in tax processes. **About the opportunity:** * **Position:** Tax Analyst * **Employment Type:** CLT * **Work Model:** Hybrid * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * **Location:** Guarulhos/SP **Your responsibilities will include:** * Conducting monthly tax closing, including analysis, review, and verification of reports * Ensuring accuracy of tax ledgers and ancillary tax obligations * Ensuring correct calculation of direct and indirect taxes * Monitoring and tracking updates to tax legislation * Ensuring data integrity within the ERP system * Supporting and guiding assistants and analysts in departmental routines * Actively collaborating in tax closing processes **Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor's degree in **Accounting Sciences** * Minimum **3 to 4 years** of experience in the tax area * Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills * Experience with systems: **Domínio, SAP, or TOTVS** **Technical Knowledge:** * Tax closing * Tax withholding and calculation (IPI, INSS, ICMS, ICMS-ST, ISS, PIS, and COFINS) * Real Profit and Presumed Profit tax regimes * Submission of ancillary obligations: * GIA-SP, GIA-ST, EFD Contributions, EFD Fiscal, REINF, DCTF, DCTF-Web, DMED, DIMOB, DIRF, DIRBI * Tracking tax legislation updates Here, you will have the opportunity to work for a stable company with a collaborative environment and a focus on technical quality.
