If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer the future together? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** * Actively engage in Talent Acquisition and Selection processes, aligning talents with business needs, supporting leadership in decision-making, and contributing to the development of high-performing teams and strengthening organizational culture. **Detailed Description:** * Manage end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes—from profile alignment with hiring departments through talent attraction, screening, and candidate evaluation—using behavioral and technical interviews; * Analyze psychological assessments and other evaluation tools to support data-driven, HR best-practice-aligned decisions; * Conduct talent prospecting, attraction, and selection for internal and external positions, ensuring quality and adherence to selection process deadlines; * Monitor, compile, and analyze Talent Acquisition and Selection performance indicators (KPIs), supporting report generation and identification of improvement opportunities; * Contribute to standardization, continuous improvement, and efficiency of recruitment processes based on data, feedback from departments, and a systemic business perspective; * Stay updated on Talent Acquisition and Selection trends, tools, and methodologies through benchmarking, interaction with consulting firms, forums, and industry discussion groups; * Plan and execute job-related activities autonomously, seeking guidance from managers or more experienced professionals in highly complex situations; **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; * Knowledge and experience with the Gupy platform; * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection; **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of technology systems and agile methodologies; * Advanced English proficiency; * Experience handling strategic roles in industrial and general engineering areas. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Flexible Office (Flex Office); * Work Location: Vitória/ES; * Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Flexible). **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Life Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Allowance; * Gym Membership via Gympass; Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
