If you possess experience in coordinating departments and/or teams, controlling contracts to ensure their execution and completion within agreed timelines, scope, and quality between the company, client, and supplier—aiming for results delivered with quality and efficiency—join our team!! **\#vempraGEO** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Plan, structure, and ensure conditions necessary for the delivery of Support services; * Supervise analysts’ support queue to ensure adherence to deadlines; * Maintain a high level of customer service, delivering technical excellence and generating perceived value for customers, as reflected in ticket ratings; * Generate and analyze periodic reports on service delivery and customer relationship management; * Optimize service management, process efficiency, and technical support quality by proposing improvements whenever appropriate; * Identify risks within your area and take actions to mitigate them; * Maintain regular contact with customers to provide support status updates and manage their expectations; * Lead people management for the department; * Collaborate with other departments to establish conceptual alignment across areas. **Requirements and Qualifications** Ability to map technical issues and propose solutions, promoting team development, motivation, and cooperation, while establishing responsibilities and challenging goals that foster commitment to defined objectives. **Bachelor’s degree completed in Computer Science, Engineering, or Geosciences;** **Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management.** Desirable: 3 years of experience in **managing Technical Support teams**, with focus on systems, related fields, or equivalent proven experience. **Desired Knowledge**: Familiarity with geoprocessing tools, basic GIS concepts, experience working with public agencies, ITIL and/or SCM (Support Center Manager) certifications.
