Whether via the app or directly in the building, the best solutions are always close by, ready to surprise you. **As a Senior Revenue Analyst, your key challenges will include:** * Leading and executing pricing, availability, and commercial policies in collaboration with area management * Developing business plans per residential unit, region, and project * Monitoring ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, and unit blockages across the portfolio * Creating financial projections and feasibility analyses for projects * Directly addressing variances vs. Business Plan (BPlan) * Guiding strategic decisions of third-party operators regarding OTAs (Booking, Airbnb, Decolar, Expedia, and others) **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Hospitality, or related fields + Solid experience in Revenue Management, preferably in real estate, hospitality, or short-stay sectors + Proficiency in performance metrics such as ADR, Occupancy, RevPAR, and Margin + Experience developing and tracking Budgets and Business Plans + Strong analytical ability and advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets + Experience with BI tools, RMS, PMS systems, dynamic pricing, and Channel Managers (Stays.net, 24Beds, Guesty, Pricelabs, LightHouse, AirDNA) + Ability to structure financial projections and feasibility analyses + Knowledge of OTA pricing dynamics + Strategic mindset, results-oriented, and portfolio-focused perspective + Strong communication skills for interaction with internal departments and partner operators **You’ll impress us even more if you also have:** * Experience managing multifamily portfolios or hybrid short- and long-stay operations + Experience in fast-growth or scale-up environments + Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data analytics tools + Experience in advanced financial modeling + Knowledge of price elasticity testing and advanced yield strategies + Prior experience in direct negotiations with OTAs + Advanced or fluent English + Experience in automation projects **Benefits for You:** Porto Seguro health insurance (co-payment plan) for you and your dependents — caring for what truly matters. * Wellhub (formerly Gympass) or Total Pass: Access to partner gyms and studios, ensuring quality of life and well-being for you and your family.
