We are looking for a candidate for the **Tech Recruiter** position. **Your Role at Turbi:** As a Tech Recruiter at Turbi, you will play a critical role in end-to-end attraction and selection of new candidates, as well as pipeline data management for the Technology, Product, IoT, and Growth teams. **Daily Challenges You’ll Face:** * . Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across different seniority levels (from Junior Analyst to Manager). . Monitor and present funnel and process metrics, perform analyses, and design strategic actions based on these data points. . Serve as a strategic partner who influences, challenges, and motivates stakeholders, candidates, and leadership to achieve optimal outcomes. .
