




Job Summary: A professional responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and managing quality in construction projects, inspecting materials and services, preparing reports, and conducting audits. Preparation of reports and internal/external audits RESPONSIBILITIES: * Oversee project development and monitor quality management in construction projects; * Monitor and inspect materials (FVM), execution of services (FVS), equipment (FVE), and procedures (PES and PIT), generating a database for KPI monitoring; * Monitor and control integrity testing of systems, including analysis of quality data such as defect rates and test results; * Prepare reports on inspection and analysis outcomes; * Conduct internal and external audit programs for quality systems and related procedures, identifying non-conformities and guiding corrective actions; * Define, monitor, and implement preventive controls for deviations and non-conformities; * Identify and correct deficiencies in equipment and machinery; * Manage the use of measurement instruments for service execution and their calibration; * Develop documents (forms, instructions, and procedures); * Define and monitor compliance with regulatory testing requirements; * Train personnel on quality procedures; * Visit construction sites and suppliers’ manufacturing facilities; * Communicate with various departments within the organization; participate in and present quality-related reports to the assigned project team, clients, and QA team; * Prepare and maintain performance reports; REQUIREMENTS: * Education: Building Technician, Quality Technician, or Civil Engineer with focus on Construction Quality * Proficiency in construction quality processes. * Knowledge of civil construction regulatory testing standards. * Proven experience in developing and revising forms, instructions, and procedures. * Best practices in inspection, deviation handling, and failure prevention. * Ability to produce technical and performance reports. * Capability to train teams on quality procedures. * Willingness to visit construction sites and suppliers’ manufacturing facilities.
