Job Summary: This role involves enabling collection policies for Cosmetics and Emana Pay through external consultant management, performance indicators, and project improvements to control defaults and recover credit. Brands and services that are relevant to those who use them and recognized for our commitment to leading regenerative businesses. **Role Type** Permanent **What will you be doing here?** Enable Cosmetics and Emana Pay collection policies within the Consultant’s collection engine and self-service tools, through external consultant routine management, performance indicators, and project improvements, to control delinquency and recover Consultants’ credit. **What knowledge and experiences will you need to bring to share with our network?** * Ensure configuration of collection policies via external consultant management and use of the collection engine tool, aiming to deliver results in delinquency control * Lead process improvement and collection project initiatives, collaborating with Strategy, Products, Technology, and Customer Service teams to evolve collection products (collection engine and self-service platform) * Lead high-complexity projects, acting in initiative governance and collaborative delivery validation with Strategy and Technology teams * Develop and monitor collection process indicators and reports using tools such as Tableau and Databricks, aiming to prevent loss * Ensure operational performance indicators of the collection engine, based on supplier reports and performance analysis, to guarantee tool availability for Consultants * Manage relationship with the collection engine tool provider to execute activities and deliverables related to operations Requirements: * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Project Management, or related fields * Advanced experience with Excel, Sheets * Robust experience in financial collections, with a back-office and systems focus * Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau) \#LI\-RM1 **What will you find here?** We are more than just a workplace: we build and live the Well\-Being Ecosystem daily, based on the harmonious relationship between each individual, their surroundings, and the environment they are part of.
