We are the area responsible for transforming Retail PJ, focusing on evolving the operational journey of PJ Managers and continuously improving the experience of our MEI, PJ, and corporate clients. We operate cross-functionally within the Corporate/PJ Business Unit, leading strategic initiative change, ensuring execution, backlog prioritization, and results tracking across the bank’s villages and tribes. Work Model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco – SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Senior Project Analyst, you will work within the Corporate and Business Management Department in a strategic area dedicated to transforming the PJ journey in Retail. Your focus will be on driving improvements in PJ Managers’ performance and enhancing the experience of our MEI, PJ, and corporate clients. We seek someone who combines analytical capability, strategic vision, and project management expertise to identify opportunities, propose initiatives, and ensure efficient end-to-end execution.
