Within this area, our Tax teams ensure our processes comply with necessary regulations, supporting the interpretation and implementation of tax legislation and enabling Electrolux to keep all accounts up to date. **What you’ll do:** As a Senior Project Analyst, you will join Electrolux Group’s Latin America Tax Department and be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring departmental projects. Key responsibilities include: * Planning, executing, and monitoring Strategy and Projects initiatives. * Developing and maintaining project schedules, project plans, responsibility assignment matrices (RACI), and performance indicators (KPIs). * Tracking project status, identifying risks, and proposing corrective action plans. * Preparing executive presentations, weekly reports, and governance materials for leadership direction. * Facilitating project ceremonies (dailies, weeklies, steering committees, retrospectives). * Mapping, modeling, and optimizing processes using methodologies such as BPMN. * Supporting digital transformation initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and implementation of new solutions. * Acting as a facilitator between business units, technology, and internal stakeholders. As part of our continuous improvement culture, you will participate in Lean Thinking (EMS / EAI) projects and activities. **Who you are:** You have: * A completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in Finance; * Prior experience in project management, PMO, strategy, transformation, or similar areas; * Knowledge and hands-on experience with both agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK); * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Where you’ll be:** You will work at the Curitiba Office Park, our administrative office in Curitiba.
