Key responsibilities include: * Planning, executing, and monitoring Strategy and Projects initiatives. * Developing and maintaining project schedules, project plans, responsibility assignment matrices (RACI), and performance indicators (KPIs). * Tracking project status, identifying risks, and proposing corrective action plans. * Preparing executive presentations, weekly reports, and governance materials for leadership direction. * Facilitating project ceremonies (dailies, weeklies, steering committees, retrospectives). * Mapping, modeling, and optimizing processes using methodologies such as BPMN. * Supporting digital transformation initiatives, continuous improvement efforts, and implementation of new solutions. * Acting as a facilitator between business units, technology, and internal stakeholders. As part of our continuous improvement culture, you will participate in Lean Thinking (EMS / EAI) projects and activities. **Who you are:** You have: * A completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Experience in Finance; * Prior experience in project management, PMO, strategy, transformation, or similar areas; * Knowledge and hands-on experience with both agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK); * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. * Power BI knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency. **Where you’ll be:** You will work at the Curitiba Office Park, our administrative office in Curitiba.
