Constant interface with various departments and partners **MAGNA EXECUTIVE SEARCH**, in partnership with a company located in the RMC (Metropolitan Region of Campinas), is seeking: **SENIOR PCP ANALYST** *100% ON-SITE POSITION* **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Advanced English proficiency for conversation. * Prior experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP). * Knowledge of planning tools and management systems (ERP/MRP). * Experience with KPIs and process improvement is a plus. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * Develop and monitor production planning, ensuring alignment between demand and production capacity. * Plan materials in coordination with partners and suppliers, ensuring appropriate supply. * Monitor KPIs related to production, capacity, and demand fulfillment. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to support decision-making. * Drive continuous improvement of internal processes by proposing optimizations in information and material flows. * Maintain constant interface with internal departments, customers, and suppliers to strengthen communication and activity alignment.
