Description **Senior Financial Analyst** with strong expertise in **Treasury**, responsible for ensuring cash flow accuracy, performing quotations and contracting financial transactions, and managing the full lifecycle of **leasing** contracts. The professional will directly contribute to liquidity optimization, process improvement, and financial governance. **Main Responsibilities** **Cash Flow Management** * Prepare, analyze, and update daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow statements. * Conduct short- and long-term projections, assessing impacts from CAPEX, contracts, financings, and operational variations. * Ensure accuracy of cash inflows and outflows by reconciling data across ERP systems, banks, and internal departments. * Monitor real-time cash positions, limits, investments, and balances. **Quotations and Contracting of Financial Transactions** * Perform quotations with financial institutions for the following types of transactions: + Leasing + Working capital + Receivables discounting + Financial investments * Negotiate rates, terms, and conditions, ensuring alignment with internal policies. * Lead contracting processes, documentation, fund disbursements, and transaction monitoring until settlement. * Maintain active relationships with banks, finance companies, and strategic partners. **Leasing Contract Management** * Manage the entire leasing contract lifecycle: contracting, execution, maintenance, adjustments, payments, and termination. * Verify invoices, amortizations, costs, and related KPIs. * Control asset depreciation (where applicable) and reconcile contracts with accounting records. * Update the leasing contract database, payment schedules, and integrations with ERP and BI systems. * Support contractual reviews, renewals, and portfolio optimization. **Operational Routines and Governance** * Perform bank reconciliations. * Ensure compliance with treasury, payment, and financial regulatory policies. * Prepare managerial reports and analyses for executive leadership and partner departments. * Support business areas with financial analyses, simulations, and recommendations. * Participate in process improvements, automation initiatives, and system integrations. Requirements **Mandatory** * Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields. * Solid Treasury experience (minimum 5 years). * Strong expertise in cash flow management, banking products, and leasing. * Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability. * Experience with ERPs and banking integrations. **Desirable** * Postgraduate degree or specialization in Finance, Controllership, or related areas. * Experience managing highly complex leasing portfolios. * Experience with Power BI. **Behavioral Competencies** * High analytical capability and attention to detail. * Collaborative profile and ability to build relationships with banks. * Organization, autonomy, and priority management. * Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset. * Ability to manage tight deadlines and high workloads. * Clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
