Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to perform budget planning and control, and performance analysis, supporting strategic decision-making. Key Highlights: 1. Development of financial models We are looking for a **Senior Financial Analyst** to work on **financial planning, budget control, performance analysis**, and **project profitability**, supporting strategic decision-making. **Responsibilities** * Monitor **Budget vs. Actual** and prepare **periodic forecasts**; * Analyze **budget variances** and support action plans; * Analyze **Income Statements** and **Cash Flow Statements**; * Prepare **management reports** and **financial dashboards**; * Act as **Business Partner** to project managers; * Monitor **project costs, margins, and profitability**; * Develop **financial models** (NPV, IRR, and Payback); * Monitor **operational and administrative expenses (OPEX)**. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Accounting**; * Experience in **FP&A, Controlling, or Corporate Finance**; * Advanced **Excel** skills; * Experience with **financial ERP systems**. **Preferred Qualifications** * VBA and Power Query; * Power BI or other BI tools. **Benefits** * **Meal Allowance:** BRL 39.00 per day; * **Unimed Recife Health Plan**, with co-payment. **Desired Profile** * Strong analytical ability; * Clear and concise communication; * Organization, accountability, and business acumen.
