Join this team! **COME TRANSFORM LIVES—INCLUDING YOUR OWN.** **Responsibilities and Duties** **The main challenges as a** ***SENIOR DATA ANALYST*** **are:** * Lead the development and updating of Business Intelligence (BI) for indicator management by the Executive Board; * Develop executive dashboards, strategic dashboards, and managerial reports focused on decision-making; * Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and governance used in BI systems; * Support the definition of KPIs; * Conduct advanced analyses, identify trends, risks, opportunities, and strategic insights; * Drive continuous improvements in analytical processes and data architecture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek professionals with:** * Completed undergraduate degree in related fields; * Solid experience in Business Intelligence (BI) and corporate Analytics; * Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and SQL Server; * Experience building executive dashboards; * Experience defining strategic KPIs; * Knowledge of data governance, data quality, data cataloging, and versioning; * Experience integrating multiple sources, including ERP, CRM, digital channels, operational systems, and financial systems. **Desirable qualifications include:** * Proficiency in tools such as Databricks and Python. **Additional Information** Work Location: Hybrid – Cittá America – Barra da Tijuca Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., with flexible options between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. **At YDUQS you’ll find:** * **Full tuition scholarships** up to 100% for employees, legal dependents, and extended family members (parents, siblings).
