That was only the beginning of a trajectory that has made us a solid market reference and one of the best companies to work for. **Responsibilities and Duties** A professional from the **CLIENT and/or CONTRACTOR**, supporting the PO in refining and writing User Stories, performing functional tests, and generating artifacts to meet contractual requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Purpose of the Role** To operate hybridly—conducting requirements elicitation with Education Regional Offices and developing AI-based automation projects—supporting the State Department of Education in process modernization, operational efficiency gains, and continuous improvement of institutional systems. **Scope of Work:** * 50% of time dedicated to requirements elicitation and analysis for the School Fund System with Regional Offices. * 50% of time dedicated to structuring requirements and providing functional support for automation and AI projects, including administrative automations and digital workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** * Requirements elicitation with Regional Offices * Direct engagement with representatives from Superintendencies/Regional Education Offices, participating in meetings, working groups, and technical forums. * Elicitation, analysis, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements, focusing on actual processes within regional and school units. * Mapping of workflows, operational bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. * Translation of business needs into clear, prioritized specifications for technical teams. * Support of acceptance, validation, and homologation processes for delivered solutions. Automation and Artificial Intelligence Projects * Elicitation and detailed specification of requirements for AI-, RPA-, and system-integration-based automations. * Support in defining AI use cases, including automation for analysis, triage, classification, document generation, and decision support. * Collaboration with technical and innovation teams in designing digital solutions. * Documentation of business rules, automated workflows, and automation success criteria. * Participation in functional testing and validation to ensure automations meet end-user needs. **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree (technologist, bachelor’s, or lato sensu and/or stricto sensu postgraduate degree) in Information Technology. * Proven experience as a mid-level Requirements Analyst. * Experience eliciting requirements from multiple stakeholders, preferably distributed (e.g., regional offices, decentralized units, etc.). * Ability to translate complex demands into clear functional documentation. * Experience with medium- or large-scale systems. * Strong communication skills, active listening, and ability to mediate between technical and business areas. * Organizational skills and autonomy to work remotely. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in automation, RPA, or AI projects. * Practical or conceptual knowledge of AI application in administrative processes. * Experience in public sector or educational systems. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Proficiency with documentation tools, process mapping tools, and backlog management. **Additional Information** In continuous development, we foster a collaborative, respectful, and open environment. **We invest in talent development** and implement practices that optimize and integrate diverse technological and innovative aspects.
