* Support leadership in managing training programs, continuous improvement programs, and educational projects; * Participate in meetings and decision-making processes. **Job Mission:** -------------------- * Develop, structure, and update training content, supporting the area Training Specialist in designing and implementing Training Programs and learning solutions required by national and international regulatory bodies; * Ensure training programs comply with legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, duly approved by competent authorities, contributing to certification, recertification, and maintenance of qualifications—always focusing on operational safety, risk mitigation, and operational excellence. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Support the Specialist in updating, reviewing, and publishing Training Programs for your area of responsibility, in accordance with applicable legislation, standards, and requirements in Brazil and countries where GOL operates; * Develop training content, reaction and learning assessments, handouts, videos, and instructional materials, validated by the area Specialist; * Monitor that Regulatory Training content for your area of responsibility complies with applicable requirements; * Collaborate with the subject-matter Specialist to develop policies and procedures standardizing and ensuring compliance of training processes within your area of responsibility; * Conduct internal validation of regulatory documents for your area of responsibility with business units/academy, and external validation with regulatory bodies, supporting the subject-matter Specialist; * Organize evidence and materials required to respond to audits and inspections conducted by QCs and Specialists related to training programs in your area of responsibility; * Track implementation of Corrective Action Plans arising from internal and external training audits in your area of responsibility; * Conduct observations and support development of improvement actions for training, aligned with the Continuous Improvement Program, either jointly with or representing the subject-matter Specialist; * Execute activities related to implementation of Safety Objectives and performance indicators (SPIs/SPTs) assigned to your area; * Monitor and support technical and regulatory analysis of annual Training Needs Assessment (TNA) requests, ensuring alignment with current regulations, verifying actual training obligations, and enabling consistent and optimized use of training resources. **Challenges:** ------------- * Work in a highly regulated and constantly evolving environment; * Support the Specialist in collaborating with operational areas and the Corporate University, translating business needs into efficient technical and regulatory training solutions; * Support updating, technical adherence, and fulfillment of all applicable requirements for Training Programs and Content, ensuring continued regulatory governance and compliance with national and international regulatory bodies; * Support integration of innovative practices and digital tools to modernize the learning process and increase employee engagement. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential qualifications you must bring:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (diploma or graduation certificate); * Experience as an aircraft mechanic. **(Mandatory);** * Experience delivering aircraft training instruction; * Possession of CHTs (AVI/CEL/GMP); * Certification in courses for aircraft previously operated (Line/Ramp Transit/Borescope/Run up); * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. **Bonus qualifications:** * Experience in developing training and e-learning content; * Advanced PowerPoint skills;
