We are looking for an **SDR Assistant** with a **communicative, organized, and analytical profile**, who has an interest in sales, customer relationship management, and strategic support for the sales team. This person will support lead prospecting and qualification, ensuring an efficient flow of opportunities to the sales team. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support **active and inbound lead prospecting**; * Conduct **initial contact qualification** (profile, interest, and potential); * Organize and update information in the CRM; * Support the sales team in tracking leads and opportunities; * Contribute simple data analyses and prospecting metrics. **Requirements:** * Minimum **1 year of experience in sales, SDR, or commercial support**; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organized, proactive, and analytical mindset; * Interest in the commercial area and sales development. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar); * Experience with digital sales or remote customer support; * Knowledge of the sales funnel. **Schedule:** 2:00 PM–6:00 PM on Mondays | 3:00 PM–7:00 PM on Tuesdays through Fridays **Work Format:** 100% remote **Stipend:** R$ 900.00 Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Payment: R$ 900.00 per month Selection Question(s): * Your LinkedIn profile link: * Do you accept R$ 900.00 for the first three months of work? * Please provide a brief summary of your SDR experience and achievements in this field.
