We are seeking an **Analyst** to join our **Sales Performance Select** team. **Responsibilities and Duties** **YOUR TYPICAL DAY:** * Analyze competitive market characteristics in each region where the company operates. * Suggest and propose product- and region-specific pricing positions, ensuring competitiveness and profitability. * Coordinate and implement in-store pricing policies jointly with partner areas such as Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Operations. * Build and present analytical reports on forecasts and results, evaluating the impact of pricing positions. * Identify and define regional price clusters, measuring margin and profitability benefits. * Execute the company’s defined pricing strategy across 100% of the product portfolio. * Ensure adherence to category-level margin targets, flagging any deviations or items violating pre-established rules. * Collaborate with the registration team to ensure accurate system price updates and align changes with the Trade Marketing team. * Develop and\-books of promotional results and present them to relevant areas, including recommendations and improvement insights. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Availability to work 100% onsite at Faria Lima; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Advanced Excel; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Knowledge of data analysis; * Programming knowledge (a plus). **Additional Information** **SELECTION PROCESS STEPS:** Our process includes three main stages (additional ones may apply, and you’ll be informed if you advance): * Application \- completion of this form and additional data, if required. * HR Interview \- an introductory conversation to get to know each other. * Leadership Interview: a more technical discussion to further detail daily responsibilities and challenges.
