Development of strategies to boost sales **Minimum Requirements** Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields; Proven experience in the field. **Behavioral Skills** Proactive; Strong communication skills; Highly organized. **Technical Skills** Advanced Excel and BI; Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, and MS Office; Knowledge of the end-to-end sales process—from planning to closing. **Responsibilities** Calculation of variables for salary composition; Monitoring of incentive budgets versus HNK payments; Price registration; BI data configuration and monitoring; Generation and updating of reports to track the sales team’s goals; Daily updating of various KPIs to support the sales team’s decision-making; Monitoring, analyzing, and correcting sales, incentive, and exchange processes; Development of product bundles to boost sales; Development and preparation of information and presentations for performance review meetings; Dashboard updates.
