Ensuring compliance of tools and operational systems **Working Hours**: Mon–Thu 08:00–18:00; Fri 08:00–17:00 **Salary:** R$ 6.400,00 **Benefits:** On-site cafeteria offering breakfast/lunch/afternoon snack/dinner; meal allowance of R$ 352; medical and dental insurance (no cost to the employee); internal parking space; annual profit-sharing program (PPR). **NOTE:** Personal vehicle required. **Responsibilities:** Align operational tactical plans with company strategy; facilitate sales and operations collaboration through meetings in a collaborative planning process that enhances company performance; Develop, propose, and monitor demand fulfillment KPIs and targets (forecast accuracy, OTIF, MAPE, WAPE, etc.); Develop dashboards and reports to support and substantiate S&OP for strategic decision-making; Ensure that departmental tools and operational systems comply with processes and provide reliable support to planning operations; Serve as liaison to align S&OP cycle activities with business functions (PCP, Procurement, Production, Logistics, Sales, Finance, and Marketing); Assist in preparing materials and presentations for S&OP cycle meetings, as well as managerial reports; Support the S&OP Coordination team in managing the area; and other related duties. **Profile:** Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Production Management, or Business Administration; advanced Excel skills; BI knowledge is a plus. **Location Requirement:** Reside in Vinhedo, Valinhos, Louveira, Jundiaí, or Campinas (with easy access to Vinhedo).
