We strive to provide the best working environment for our employees; therefore, we are seeking energetic professionals eager to learn new things and who wish to be part of something greater. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Integrate new employees into Quality processes; * Monitor and analyze Quality control activities for products across various process stages, preparing management reports to support decision-making within the area; * Collaborate with raw material suppliers and interface with the Procurement area to ensure compliance with internal quality standards and resolve non-conformities identified during processes; * Assist in developing and implementing practices and policies relevant to the department to ensure execution of required activities; * Conduct internal audits of systems and procedures related to quality, aiming to identify non-conformities and guide departments on appropriate procedures (process audits, ISO 9001 standard); * Monitor calibration equipment reviews, define external maintenance and calibration scheduling for analytical instruments to preserve result accuracy within certification standards; * Develop, guide, and monitor implementation of action plans for continuous improvement of products as well as internal processes within the scope of responsibility. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office tools; * Knowledge of Quality Tools; * ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. **Additional Information** * Attendance Bonus * Meal Voucher * Transportation Benefit * On-site Meals * Dental Plan * Co-payment Health Insurance * Wellhub * Life Insurance To achieve our goals, we do not work alone.
