Learn more about Unilehu: www.unilehu.org.br **The selection process will take place in January to begin at the start of February.** What You Will Develop: - Conduct in-person, telephone, WhatsApp, email, and system-based consultations, providing support and guidance to professionals from diverse populations. - Assist in referring candidates to employability processes and/or specialized services, as needed based on assessments conducted during consultations. - Prepare detailed reports on consultations performed, documenting identified needs and referrals made. - Update and prepare candidates’ resumes, ensuring all relevant data and experiences are accurately included and reflect the skills and competencies of those served. - Prepare consultation reports describing activities carried out, progress of those served, and collecting feedback on the process. - Collect performance indicators and other data related to service delivery and employability of those served. - Organize and input data into spreadsheets and internal systems, keeping information up-to-date and accessible for future reporting and analysis. Requirements: - Currently enrolled in an undergraduate Psychology program, from the 4th semester onward. - Interest in working with diverse populations, with a focus on Social and Employment areas. - Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams. - Proficiency in Excel and data management systems.
